Job summary

Generator Supercenter, Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support construction and installation operations at our Wheeling, IL location. You will manage daily job schedules, coordinate materials, track progress, and assist with subcontractor and permit workflows.

You will collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure on-time project completion. Strong organization and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Scheduling, construction coordination, or project administration experience.
• Familiarity with electrical systems (AC/DC) is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain daily and weekly construction and installation schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and material deliveries.
• Schedule inspections, permitting appointments, and commissioning.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Set up new jobs and manage project documentation.
