Job summary

Generator Supercenter, Inc. seeks a Scheduling Coordinator to support construction and installation operations in West Springfield, MA. You will manage daily job schedules, coordinate materials, track progress, and assist with subcontractor and permit workflows.

Work with superintendents, project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion and smooth operations, in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or trade certification is a plus.
• Experience in scheduling, construction coordination, project administration, or electrical service coordination preferred.
• Familiarity with electrical systems (AC/DC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain daily and weekly construction and installation schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and material deliveries to project timelines.
• Schedule inspections, permitting appointments, and commissioning activities.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Act as liaison between field crews, PMs, subcontractors, and clients.
