Bluegrass Pediatric Therapies in Winchester, KY is seeking a friendly Scheduling Coordinator to help families arrange appointments and keep our daily schedule running smoothly.

You’ll work with two other coordinators as part of a three-person team, sharing responsibilities and providing support.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role, Tuesday through Friday from 7:45am to 6:45pm with a one-hour lunch, accompanied by a strong benefits package.

We’re looking for a friendly, organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our pediatric outpatient therapy clinic! In this role, you’ll help families coordinate appointments and keep our daily schedule running smoothly.

You’ll work alongside two other scheduling coordinators as part of a three-person team, with coworkers to share responsibilities and provide support.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule appointments and manage cancellations and rescheduling.

This is a full time 40 hour position working Tuesday through Friday from 7:45am to 6:45pm, with an hour lunch.

Pay will start out at $16/hr and will increase to $17/hr after a 60 day probationary period. Employees receive a 3% raise on their yearly work anniversary. Admin staff are also eligible for weekly bonuses based on performance.
