Job summary

H2 Health Kids in Tyler, Texas invites a detail‑driven Patient Coordinator to join our pediatric team. You will serve as the link between families, clinicians, and front office to ensure timely access to therapy services.

Responsibilities include managing daily schedules, filling open slots from waitlists, updating patient records in the Raintree EMR, and collaborating with Clinical Coordinators to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling systems and administrative tasks.

• Proactively fill open appointment times through waitlists, rescheduling efforts, and last-minute scheduling opportunities.
• Contact families regarding scheduling updates, cancellations, and appointment availability.
• Maintain at least one month of schedules in the Raintree EMR platform.
• Update patient information, authorizations, and waitlist records to support continuity of care.
• Collaborate closely with Clinical Coordinators and treatment teams to maximize scheduling efficiency.
• Assist new families with scheduling and connecting to appropriate clinic resources.
• Support front-office and administrative operations while maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards.
