Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for an onsite contract role. You will support district administration, scheduling, and dispatch tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of administrative experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication in English. This onsite role requires good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 1–3 years of administrative experience in a sales or service industry.
  • Experience with computer-based ERP systems is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong reading and interpretation of applicable documents in English.

Responsibilities

  • Support timely and accurate completion of district administration tasks.
  • Handle administration, phone coverage, collection duties, and general administrative duties.
  • May support warehouse duties as needed.
  • Execute procedures to maximize operating efficiency and controls within district SOPs.
  • Provide backup for scheduling and reception.
  • Work with the district team to ensure fast, accurate completion of assignments.
  • Check for errors or missing information and obtain details as needed.
  • Order materials and equipment; complete daily reports.

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Experience:
    • 1-3 years of experience performing administrative duties required within a sales or service industry and working knowledge of computer-based ERP systems preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to read and interpret applicable documents, materials, policies, procedures, etc. as presented in English

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for supporting the timely and accurate completion of all district administration.
  • Duties related to administration, phone coverage, collection related duties, and general administrative duties.
  • May also support warehouse duties.
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Execute company procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency and system controls as it relates to district standard operating procedures.
    • Provide backup support for administrative roles within the district including scheduling and reception.
    • Work within the District team to support all members to ensure the speedy and accurate completion of all team assignments.
    • Responsible for working with corporations & providing necessary documentation as requested.
    • Check completed work for errors or duplicate information, obtain further information for incomplete documents before submittal or completion of final product

    • Complete daily reports as requested
