Responsibilities
Greet and engage patients with respect and a smile.
Provide excellent customer service and address any scheduling-related inquiries or concerns.
Update, maintain, and coordinate the scheduling system and patient records for multiple providers.
Answering scheduling queries via email and phone.
Confirm appointments and obtain patient's consents.
Send reminders to patients.
Reschedule appointments when necessary.
Collaborate with other team members to optimize scheduling processes and improve overall efficiency
Performing other administrative tasks when required.
Take X-Rays and assist in the back as needed
Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment.
Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g, OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).
Qualifications
One (1) or more years of Orthodontic experience
Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer skills.
