Stage 4 Solutions, Inc. in Madison, NJ is seeking a Specialist, Scheduling and Cell Logistics to manage patient treatment schedules for autologous cellular therapies. The role ensures smooth coordination across transportation, manufacturing, and distribution for clinical and commercial products.

This 40-hour/week contract is 60% onsite in Madison, with on-site requirements Tue–Thu at Giralda Farms. Flexible 9am–6pm hours apply to business needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer service, call center operations, account management, project management, supply chain, operations, and/or logistics.
• Baseline understanding of a cloud-based CRM platform.
• Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar CRM/case management tools.
• Biopharma experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as point of contact for apheresis centers, treatment sites, and couriers.
• Maintain business continuity between internal and external partners.
• Monitor patient treatment journey from collection to infusion, troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor and triage requests in the case management system.
• Ensure training and good documentation practices.
