Position Overview

• The Specialist, AMER Operations, Scheduling & Cell Logistics will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring patient treatment schedules for the manufacturing of clinical and commercial autologous cellular immunotherapy products.
• The primary duty of the Specialist, AMER Operations, Scheduling & Cell Logistics is to maintain the day-to-day operations of patients' treatment journey related to their materials, related to transportation, manufacturing, and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Assist as a point of contact for apheresis centers, treatment sites, sites of care, manufacturing sites, couriers, and other internal partners.
• Ensure business continuity between internal and external partners.
• Monitor the Patient's treatment journey from collection to infusion while potentially troubleshooting issues.
• Monitor and triage requests and issues within the case management system.
• Comply with and maintain training and good documentation practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
• Work experience in one or more of the following fields: Customer Service, Call Center Operations, Account Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Logistics.
• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communications.
• Ability to identify process improvements.
• Highly self-motivated, self-aware, courteous, and professional.
• Able to work independently and in groups.
• Adaptable to the ever-changing business needs.

Pay Rate

$34.69-$36.79/Hour
