Job summary

ECLARO is seeking a Specialist, Scheduling and Cell Logistics in Seattle, WA to coordinate patient treatment schedules for autologous cellular immunotherapy production. The role will ensure accurate scheduling data and serve as the main contact for treatment centers.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day scheduling activities, collaborate with manufacturing and clinical partners, and participate in meetings to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of work experience.
• Experience in customer service, call center operations, patient services/navigator, account management, logistics or supply chain preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle tense situations.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary scheduling point of contact for assigned treatment sites.
• Create and maintain patient schedules with sites and manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot issues and develop action plans for patient journey.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders by phone and email.
• Ensure a positive end-to-end customer experience.
