Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
• Experience in Customer Service, Call Center Operations, Account Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify process improvements.
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently or in groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and monitor patient treatment schedules for manufacturing autologous cellular products.
• Maintain day-to-day operations of patients' treatment journey across transportation, manufacturing, and distribution.
• Serve as contact point for apheresis centers, treatment sites, and internal partners.
• Monitor and triage requests within the case management system.
• Ensure training and documentation practices are followed.
