Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services at Towers Nursing Home in Smithville, TX is seeking a Facility Staff Scheduler for full-time onsite duties. The role manages scheduling for CNAs, CMAs, LVNs, and RNs, coordinating with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and minimizing overtime.

• Must ensure that overtime is kept to a minimum.
• Reaching out to employees by phone to cover shifts if someone calls into work.
• Be on call for any last minute schedule changes.
• If C.N.A. or Nurse may be utilized on the floor.

Job Details: Job Location: Towers Nursing Home - Smithville, TX 78957, Position Type: Full Time, Having adequate staffing coverage in a skilled nursing facility is directly related to quality of care. The Facility Staff Scheduler will be responsible for managing scheduling at the facility for C.N.As, C.M.As, LVNs, and RNs.
