Job summary

Fort Worth Transitional Care Center is seeking an experienced Facility Staff Scheduler to manage scheduling for CNAs, CMAs, LVNs, and RNs across assigned shifts. You will use the HRIS Scheduler to research openings and coordinate with the HR Coordinator for onboarding.

Responsible for minimizing overtime and being on call for last-minute changes. Occasional on-site interviews may be required. Strong communication and computer skills are essential; CNA/Charge Nurse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of healthcare scheduling experience.
• Friendly and clear communication skills.
• Strong understanding of computer applications.
• Certified Nurse Aide or Charge Nurse experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling at the facility for CNAs, CMAs, LVNs, and RNs.
• Research openings in the Schedule at assigned location(s) using HRIS Scheduler.
• Sit in interviews for applicants when requested.
• Coordinate onboarding with Human Resources Coordinator to ensure a smooth process.
• Must ensure that overtime is kept to a minimum.
• Be on call for any last minute schedule changes.
