Job summary

REGENCY IHS CLINICAL CONSULTING LLC is seeking a Facility Staff Scheduler to manage scheduling for CNAs, CMAs, LVNs and RNs in a skilled nursing facility. You will use the HRIS Scheduler to research openings at assigned locations and may participate in applicant interviews.

You will work with the facility HR Coordinator to ensure smooth onboarding, keep overtime to a minimum, and contact staff by phone to cover shifts. You may be on call for last-minute changes and floor coverage.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of healthcare scheduling experience.
• Friendly and clear communication skills.
• Strong understanding of computer applications.
• Certified Nurse Aide or Charge Nurse experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule CNAs, CMAs, LVNs, and RNs for nursing facility.
• Utilize the HRIS Scheduler to research openings at assigned locations.
• Sit in interviews for applicants when requested.
• Coordinate onboarding with facility Human Resources Coordinator.
• Minimize overtime and call employees for shift coverage as needed.

Having adequate staffing coverage in a skilled nursing facility is directly related to quality of care.
