Base pay range

$61.00/hr - $75.00/hr

Experience:

• Primavera, P6 for schedule creation, update and management.
• Ability to communicate with project team, project managers, schedulers, project management analyst, permitting, licensing and other stakeholders on as required basis.
• Manage P6 Database - assist with maintenance and periodic cleanup of the database.
• Ability to lead scheduling process, procedure and templates improvement initiatives to support the supervisor.

Day to Day:

• Handle and review incoming tasks, creating a schedule based on various factors such as priority and resource availability.
• Check scheduled tasks for necessary resources.
• Assign resources to tasks while prioritising high-priority commitments.
• Ensure resources are available for customer appointments.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve any issues with tasks and resources.
• Update daily schedules to reflect resource availability or changes.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure schedules are accurate and reflect any changes due to unplanned work.
• Monitor tasks to completion and take corrective action as needed.
• Manage daily adjustments and update schedules based on team feedback.
• Keep track of resource allocation and movement.
• Work with field teams to ensure all requirements are met for customer commitments and compliance.
