The Clinical Scheduler position reports directly to the Clinical Operations Manager and is responsible for coordinating staff and client schedules by performing diverse related duties.

This is a full-time remote position, preferably within Eastern or Central Time Zones. Pay starts at $18/hr.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staff and client schedules for autism services.
  2. Inform families and Behavior Interventionists of schedule changes and update systems accordingly.
  3. Find alternate coverage or work arrangements for Behavior Interventionists and coordinate PTO coverage.
  4. Schedule make-up time to maximize contract fulfillment and participate in staff efficiency initiatives.
  5. Provide general office support.
  6. Respond to staff and client inquiries via phone and email regarding scheduling.
  7. Address scheduling questions from clients and staff, escalating as necessary.
  8. Reconcile billing, operational, and payroll reports.
  9. Attend regular meetings with the Clinical Services Scheduling Manager and other departments as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • At least three years of customer service experience.
  • Experience in scheduling, preferably in healthcare or autism services.
  • Experience with Central Reach and Monday.com is highly preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills, self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to handle heavy call volume and anticipate needs proactively.
  • Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Availability to work overtime if required.
