What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Coordinate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staff and client schedules for the delivery of autism services
  • Inform families and Behavior Interventionists of schedule changes and update systems accordingly
  • Arrange for alternate coverage or work for Behavior Interventionists and manage PTO coverage
  • Respond to staff and client inquiries regarding scheduling via phone and email
  • Attend regular meetings with the Clinical Services Scheduling Manager and collaborate with other departments as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years of customer service experience
  • Prior scheduling experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting or at an autism services provider
  • Proven customer service skills with experience handling heavy call volume
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Excellent organizational skills with a self-motivated approach
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs and respond in a timely manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work overtime as required
