Job summary

North Campus Surgery Center is seeking a Full-Time Scheduler to manage the daily surgery schedule and coordinate with physicians’ offices and OR staff. The role focuses on efficient scheduling and exceptional patient service with no holidays or weekends.

Under the direction of the Business Office Manager, the Scheduler will handle calendar maintenance, problem solving, and ensure smooth office operations. Competitive salary and benefits are offered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• One year scheduling/clerical or medical terminology experience preferred.
• Must operate standard office equipment.
• Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Maintain daily surgery schedule and manage scheduling processes.
• Coordinate with doctors' offices and operating room staff to ensure smooth scheduling.

As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth office operations.

Under the direction of the Business Office Manager, is responsible for daily maintenance of the surgery schedule and all aspects of the scheduling process. This includes strategizing and problem solving and ensuring high levels of customer service with scheduling coordinators from all doctors'' offices and Operating Room Staff.

Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays or weekends. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
• Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
• Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial
• Bilingual preferred.
• Good communication skills.
