Texas Endoscopy Center in Plano is seeking a Scheduler to manage daily surgery scheduling under the supervision of the Business Office Manager. The role includes benefits verification and providing patient estimates, ensuring smooth coordination with doctors’ offices and OR staff.

The ideal candidate will have healthcare receptionist experience, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle scheduling conflicts strategically and maintain excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ years of receptionist experience in healthcare.
• Experience in insurance verification/Scheduling
• Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
• Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
