As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth office operations.

Scheduler at DigestiveCare, LLC

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling patients for the surgery center and assists with insurance verification when needed. The Scheduling Coordinator must display excellent telephone etiquette as he/she manages calls of utmost importance to providing quality and continuity of individual patient care. Reports to work in approved uniform.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Thorough knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Having the ability to foresee problems.
• Alertness and adaptability to change in situation.
• Holds all patient information confidential.
