Job summary

Scenthound is seeking a passionate Scenter Manager to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring an exceptional member experience and excellent care for dogs. You’ll unite the team, mentor staff, and drive performance while maintaining a welcoming, dog-friendly atmosphere.

You’ll oversee coaching, onboarding, training, and development, with a focus on service quality and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management experience.
• A natural leader who enjoys developing and motivating people.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask.
• A love of dogs is a must.
