Job summary

ScentAir is seeking an experienced Field Account Executive to drive B2B scent marketing sales in the Dallas metro area. You will secure new client appointments, build a strong pipeline, and meet monthly quotas through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and onsite visits.

Enjoy uncapped commissions plus a base salary of 55,000–60,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k, and a company laptop and CarData mileage program.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a transactional hunting sales role.
• Track record of selling B2B products and services.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent sales experience required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities via phone, web, and onsite visits.
• Meet or exceed monthly prospecting and sales quotas.
• Maintain high activity across calls, emails, virtual meetings, and onsite visits.
• Prepare for client appointments with tailored materials.
• Use Salesforce to manage pipeline and client data.
• Stay current on product updates and applications for clients.
