Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Scaled Partner Enablement Programs Lead to build and run repeatable enablement programs that drive field readiness across the partner ecosystem. You will lead a train-the-trainer model, scale GTM motions with partners, and manage a global webinar series to ensure consistent messaging about Claude across regions.

Qualifications

• Built and scaled 1:many enablement programs for large partner sales and technical audiences.
• Enabled a large internal sales organization on new GTM motions, including co-selling with external partners.
• Taken sales plays or GTM motions to market through partners and measured their pipeline impact.
• Led programs through a team of contractors or vendors, delivering across regions and languages.
• Comfort operating where products and messaging change constantly and the underlying operating systems are still being established.

Responsibilities

• Build Anthropic's partner train-the-trainer model and packaging for partners to train their teams.
• Create scalable GTM motions for market launches with partners.
• Manage global scaled partner webinar series as the primary channel for messaging.
• Enable Anthropic's field on partners and drive co-sell readiness.
• Run the portfolio with a shared operating model and calendar across regions.
