Job summary

Anthropic seeks a Scaled Partner Enablement Programs Lead to design and run scalable enablement across partner ecosystems. You will build train-the-trainer models and a repeatable GTM motion with partners, plus a global partner webinar series to align messaging and accelerate adoption of Claude.

You will lead a team of contractors, coordinate with Product Marketing, Sales, Partner Programs, and Certification teams, and define metrics that prove program impact beyond attendance.

Qualifications

• Built and scaled 1:many enablement programs for large partner sales and technical audiences.
• Enabled a large internal sales organization on new GTM motions, including co-selling with partners.
• Led programs through a team of contractors or vendors across regions and languages.

Responsibilities

• Build Anthropic's partner train-the-trainer model to extend reach.
• Create repeatable GTM motions to market with partners at scale.
• Manage the global scaled partner webinar series and evolve it as a primary channel.
• Lead field enablement to ensure partners understand Claude and can co-sell effectively.
• Run the portfolio with a shared operating model and global delivery across regions.
