Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Scaled Partner Enablement Programs Lead to build and run enablement initiatives across the ecosystem, aligning Product Marketing, Sales, Partner Programs and the Curriculum teams to ensure field readiness and consistent messaging for Claude.

You'll develop a train-the-trainer model, scale GTM motions with partners, and manage a global webinar series to keep partner sellers aligned with the evolving Claude storyline across regions.

Qualifications

• Built and scaled 1:many enablement programs for large partner sales and technical audiences across partner types.
• Enabled a large internal sales organization on new GTM motions, including co-selling with external partners.
• Taken sales plays or GTM motions to market through partners and measured their pipeline impact.
• Built or run a train-the-trainer model that lets partners deliver training consistently without you in the room.
• Led programs through a team of contractors or vendors, delivering across multiple regions and languages.
• Comfort operating where products and messaging change constantly and the underlying operating systems are still being established.
• Experience using AI across your day-to-day workflows to extend your own scale and reach.

Responsibilities

• Build Anthropic's partner train-the-trainer model to cascade training through partner networks.
• Scale GTM motions to market with partners at scale, reflecting how each motion sells.
• Manage a global scaled partner webinar series for launch, product and program messaging.
• Strengthen field readiness so sellers understand partner value and co-sell effectively.
• Run the portfolio as one system with a shared operating model and global delivery.
• Lead a team of contractors aligned to programs and coordinate across teams.
• Track field readiness and define metrics for program effectiveness beyond attendance.
