Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Scaled Partner Enablement Programs Lead to design and run programs that drive field readiness across our partner ecosystem. You’ll build a train-the-trainer model, scale GTM motions with partners, and own a global webinar series to align partner and internal messaging around Claude.

You’ll lead a contractor team, coordinate cross-functional work with Product Marketing, Sales and Certification groups, and measure program impact beyond attendance.

Qualifications

• Built and scaled 1:many enablement programs for large partner sales and technical audiences
• Enabled a large internal sales organization on new GTM motions, including co-sell with external partners
• Took sales plays or GTM motions to market through partners and measured pipeline impact
• Led programs through a team of contractors or vendors, delivering across multiple regions and languages
• Comfort operating where products and messaging change constantly and the underlying operating systems are still being established
• Experience using AI across your day-to-day workflows to extend your own scale and reach

Responsibilities

• Build partner train-the-trainer model to deliver training through partners
• Create repeatable GTM motion enablement for partners at scale
• Manage global scaled partner webinar series for launches and messaging
• Strengthen field enablement so sellers co-sell with partners
• Run portfolio with shared operating model, content intake, and calendar
• Lead a team of contractors aligned to programs
• Track field readiness and define metrics for program effectiveness
