Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in creator, influencer, integrated, social, growth, or paid media marketing.
• Experience leading high-volume creator programs across campaigns, audiences, markets, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record selecting and managing creator agencies for quality and results.

Responsibilities

• Lead scaled creator marketing programs aligned to business priorities and growth.
• Own the creator agency portfolio, including partner selection, scopes, budgets, staffing, and reviews.
• Standardize briefs, rate benchmarks, and governance for agencies and creators.
• Set campaign goals, dashboards, and post-program learning to optimize future work.
