the company is an AI research and deployment company dedicated to ensuring that general‑purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. We seek a Scaled Partnerships Manager to own agency relationships, standards, and operating systems to scale creator programs in a hybrid SF-based role.

You will manage creator marketing agencies, translate GTM priorities into repeatable programs, and guide end-to-end lifecycle from planning through reporting and optimization, with relocation

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in creator, influencer, or paid media marketing with agency management
• Proven track record managing high-volume creator programs across campaigns, audiences and budgets
• Ability to translate product and go-to-market priorities into briefs, strategies and repeatable programs

Responsibilities

• Lead scaled creator marketing programs aligned to business priorities.
• Own the creator agency portfolio, including partner selection, scopes, budgets, staffing, and reviews.
• Build a clear agency model defining roles, ownership, and workflow from brief to reporting.
• Hold agencies accountable for sourcing, vetting, contracting, content development, execution, and optimization.
• Partner with Creator Partnerships to determine when bespoke, relationship-led approaches are needed.
• Direct high-volume paid creator programs across the creator spectrum to hit audience and performance goals.
• Standardize tiering, pricing, usage rights, disclosures, brand safety and escalation processes.
• Establish briefs, deliverables, rate benchmarks, timelines and measurement requirements.
• Coordinate with Growth and Media on amplification, licensing, whitelisting, and reuse of high-performing content
• Set campaign goals and reporting frameworks across awareness to brand impact
• Use data and cultural signals to optimize creator mix and agency performance
• Collaborate across Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and regional teams
• Build operating infrastructure for scaled creator marketing with intake, calendars, dashboards and learning
• Protect brand and user trust by enforcing standards for accuracy, claims and responsible AI communication
