Fin, an AI customer agent company, is seeking a Scale Relationship Manager to drive growth with its existing customer base in a rapidly expanding sales organization. You will lead strategic account growth, renewals, and cross-selling initiatives across large enterprise customers.

You will collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to translate client needs into product improvements while developing territory plans and accurate forecasts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years selling SaaS products, ideally 1+ years in closing role.
• Ability to manage a large book of business across 200 accounts.
• Strong sales instincts with track record of hitting and exceeding quota.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving organization and adapting quickly.
• Exhibits a growth mindset and curiosity to learn.
• Ability to build deep client relationships across levels in complex organizations.
• Proven leadership experience with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Intercom’s scaled business customers to ensure revenue growth and retention.
• Understand customer pains and provide platform-based solutions to address them.
• Develop strategic territory plans for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion to new business units.
• Forecast sales pipeline and maintain knowledge of customers' goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive product feedback and innovation.
• Track and report key metrics related to customer growth and product usage.
