Job summary

Fin is hiring a Scaled Customer Success Manager in the Greater Chicago Area. You will drive adoption of Fin and AI-powered features, designing scalable engagement strategies and owning onboarding conversations to ensure Day 1 success.

You will collaborate with Sales, Education, and Product to optimize the customer journey, monitor health signals, and identify risks and expansion opportunities at scale.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a customer-facing role in SaaS/tech/product success or similar.
• Experience with AI/automation support tools and explaining AI features to customers.
• Comfort discussing APIs, integrations, and workflows with customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption with a focus on AI-powered features and self-serve experiences.
• Design and iterate scalable engagement strategies and playbooks across customer segments.
• Own onboarding conversations to ensure Day 1 success for customers.
