Job summary

F&G Recycling, LLC in Wilbraham, MA is seeking a Scale Manager to oversee daily scale operations and ensure accurate data collection, pricing, and billing support across multiple locations.

This role serves as the primary liaison between Finance, Operations, and Scale Operators, supervises staff, coordinates staffing and training, and supports reporting and operational improvements. Occasional Saturdays may be required; availability during scale operating hours is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in scale operations, waste, recycling, transportation, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily scale operations and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Ensure accurate scale tickets, customer data, pricing, and records.
• Monitor scale system performance and coordinate with Finance/IT to resolve issues.
• Standardize procedures across locations and promote best practices.
• Supervise Scale Operators and coordinate staffing, training, and coverage.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of Scale Operators.
• Support month- and year-end reporting and data analysis.
