WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Scale House Attendant in Peekskill, NY. You will record inbound/outbound weights, generate tickets for customers, answer phones, and support daily operations across departments.

The role emphasizes accurate data handling, reports, and customer service, with opportunities to participate in process improvements and event support. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Proficient with computers and office equipment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proactive issue identification and resolution.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Record inbound and outbound weights for local gate customers.
• Complete and maintain various reports as directed by Management.
• Assist in operational projects and events as needed.
• Facilitate record retention per company policy.
• Collect and track data for safety incentive programs.
• Coordinate with multiple departments on operations activities.
• Provide clerical support to Operations.
• Prepare local waste manifests and send to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a positive work environment with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
