Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or scale operation experience preferred.
• Experience with cash handling and balancing receipts preferred.
• Experience in waste management, landfill operations, transportation, or logistics is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Operate scale systems to weigh inbound and outbound vehicles.
• Verify customer information, materials, and disposal destinations.
• Process cash, credit card, accounts, and other payments; issue receipts.
• Balance daily cash receipts and reconcile transactions.
• Maintain records of waste volumes, customer accounts, and transactions.
• Direct customers and drivers to disposal, unloading, or recycling areas.
• Assist with documentation and reporting for special waste acceptance.
• Answer calls and provide information on hours, materials, pricing, and procedures.
