Samsara is seeking a Manager II for the US Scale Customer Success team to lead a high-volume portfolio of mid-market and large commercial customers in the private sector.

This remote role involves building playbooks, improving digital and AI-driven engagement programs, and coaching CSMs from activity-based to outcome-based work. Expect autonomy, leadership, and a path to shaping the Scale CS function.

Formación

• 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
• 2+ years of direct people management with 100+ accounts.
• Experience designing scale/digital CS models with measurable outcomes.
• Strong ownership of retention and expansion outcomes.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven prioritization.

Responsabilidades

• Own segmentation and engagement models for a high-volume US private sector portfolio.
• Drive renewal retention as the primary operating lens.
• Partner with Sales to drive growth within accounts.
• Work with CS liberally to expand product adoption.
• Hire, develop, and manage a team of CSMs (100+ accounts each).
• Push AI-powered workflows and automation to boost productivity.
• Mitigate risk at scale using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Product and Tech.
