Job summary

Samsara Inc. is seeking a Digital Customer Success Manager, AI & Automation, to join the Commercial Customer Success team. This remote role supports US-based customers, focusing on optimizing customer journeys, building AI-driven playbooks, and aligning across teams to deliver value.

You’ll analyze pain points, deploy production AI agents, run experiments, monitor performance, and iterate with Samsara’s long-term, customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining production LLM-based agents or automations.
• Experience with Python or AI-assisted coding to connect AI to external systems (CRM, APIs, data).
• Ability to use product usage data to spot risk and opportunities and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer pain points and opportunities with a customer-centric lens.
• Build digital CS playbooks, design agent architectures, write prompts, and integrate with systems.
• Test, deploy, and monitor agents; ensure production readiness and low friction for customers.
