Job summary

PERI Formwork Systems, Inc. in Pittsburgh is seeking an Account Manager – Scaffolding to drive revenue growth through strategic sales and strong customer relationships. You will prospect new sites, manage rental projects, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored scaffolding solutions.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in sales or construction, proficient in MS Office, and willing to travel up to 50%. Knowledge of the formwork industry is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in sales, business development, or construction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Construction or formwork industry experience preferred.
• Capacity to read structural drawings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospecting to identify potential customer sites within a geographical area and selling PERI products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, focusing on decision makers.
• Manage customer rental projects and liaise between PERI and the customer.
• Develop and execute personal sales strategy including territory planning.
• Manage pipeline to achieve targets and support customer needs throughout projects.
