Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an EPC SCADA Project Manager II to lead utility-scale solar and BESS SCADA projects. The role can be remote or hybrid, with regular in-office presence in San Diego, CA or Bend, OR, and involves planning, budgeting, risk management, and leadership across multiple stakeholders.

You will oversee scheduling, cost reporting, procurement, FAT activities, and project closeout while ensuring compliance with SOLV standards and contractual terms.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple EPC SCADA projects.
• Ability to manage cost budgets and resources.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of SCADA design, commissioning, and FAT.
• Experience with ERP for cost management (CMiC).

Responsibilities

• Independently manage SCADA scope, schedule, and budget for EPC projects.
• Interpret contract requirements and ensure alignment with SOLV standards.
• Serve as primary contact for Owners, vendors, subcontractors, and SOLV teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project goals alignment.
• Lead procurement, scheduling, material procurement, and closeout.
• Work with field teams to ensure timely SCADA installations.
• Lead design reviews, commissioning, and FAT activities.
• Develop and manage project schedules to meet milestones.
• Prepare monthly cost reporting and forecasting.
• Oversee documentation including RFIs, changes, and action tracking.
• Identify and mitigate technical, commercial, and execution risks.
