Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an EPC SCADA Project Manager II to lead utility-scale solar and BESS projects, handling scope, schedule, budget, and risk across the project lifecycle. Remote or hybrid work with in-office presence in San Diego, CA or Bend, OR; travel as needed.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage procurement, conduct FATs, report monthly costs, and drive closeout improvements while aligning with SOLV standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–4 years of project management experience on utility-scale PV solar projects.
• Experience with SCADA system design, setup, commissioning, and support.
• Proven ability to manage cost budgets and project resources.
• Strong skills in issue escalation, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a diverse, multi-disciplined organization.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage SCADA scope, schedule, and budget across projects of moderate complexity.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure alignment with goals.
• Lead procurement, scheduling, and contract execution activities.
• Work with field teams to ensure quality SCADA installation.
• Lead FATs and system design reviews.
• Maintain and manage project schedules and monthly cost reporting.
• Manage project documentation and change requests.
• Identify and mitigate technical, commercial, and execution risks.
