Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an EPC SCADA Project Manager II to lead utility-scale solar and BESS projects with strong focus on planning, budgeting, and risk management. The role blends remote/hybrid work with regular in-office presence in San Diego, CA or Bend, OR, and requires coordinating diverse teams including engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.

You will drive scheduling, cost reporting, and risk mitigation, ensuring contractual and SOLV standards are met, while delivering projects on time

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of project management experience on utility-scale PV solar projects.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage SCADA scope, schedule, and budget for mid-complexity EPC projects.
• Interpret SCADA contract requirements and ensure alignment with SOLV standards.
• Serve as primary contact for Owners, vendors, subcontractors, and internal SOLV teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams to align with project goals.
• Lead procurement and contract execution activities including scope, scheduling, and closeout.
• Collaborate with field teams for timely, high-quality SCADA installation.
• Lead system design reviews, FAT activities, and commissioning.
• Develop and manage project schedules to protect critical milestones.
• Prepare and manage monthly cost reporting and forecasting.
