Job summary

SOLV Energy in the United States is seeking an EPC SCADA Project Manager II to lead utility-scale solar and BESS projects. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, coordinating owners, vendors, and internal teams to deliver on contractual commitments.

This role offers remote or hybrid work with occasional in‑office presence in San Diego, CA or Bend, OR; you will drive design reviews, FAT, procurement, and cost reporting to ensure milestones are met and lessons learned are captured.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple multidisciplinary EPC projects.
• 2–4 years of project management experience on utility-scale PV solar projects.
• General knowledge of SCADA design, setup, commissioning and support.
• Experience with cost budgets and resource management.
• Strong issue escalation, conflict resolution and risk mitigation skills.
• Proficient in scheduling tools and MS Office suite.
• Experience with ERP for cost management and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage SCADA scope, schedule, and budget for EPC projects.
• Coordinate owners, vendors, and internal SOLV teams to meet goals.
• Lead procurement, scheduling, and contract execution activities.
• Oversee design reviews, commissioning, and FAT activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to meet milestones.
• Prepare monthly cost reporting and forecasting for projects.
• Manage project documentation and change control.
• Identify and mitigate technical, commercial, and execution risks.
