Job summary

SOLV Energy in the United States seeks an EPC SCADA Project Manager II to lead utility-scale solar and BESS projects, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, procurement, FAT activities, and reporting. You will coordinate Owners, vendors, and internal teams to deliver on contractual and technical requirements.

This role can be remote or hybrid, with regular in-office presence in San Diego, CA or Bend, OR. You will apply SOLV best practices to schedule, cost control, risk management, and closeout.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of project management experience, including utility‑scale PV solar projects.
• General knowledge of SCADA system design, setup, commissioning, and support.
• Proven skills in cost budgets, project resources, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage SCADA scope, schedule, and budget for utility‑scale solar and BESS projects.
• Coordinate cross‑functional project teams and external SCADA providers.
• Lead procurement, contract execution, and project closeout activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to meet critical milestones.
• Prepare monthly cost reporting and forecasting for assigned projects.
