Job summary

The EPC SCADA Project Manager II role can be remote or hybrid, with in‑office presence in San Diego, CA or Bend, OR.

• Experience managing utility-scale PV solar EPC projects.
• Proven ability to manage cost budgets and project resources.
• Strong communication and leadership in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of SCADA systems design and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage SCADA scope, schedule, and budget for EPC projects.
• Coordinate with Owners, vendors, and subs.
• Lead cross-functional project teams.
• Oversee procurement, scheduling, and closeout.
• Support FATs and system design reviews.
• Maintain project schedules to meet milestones.
• Prepare monthly cost reporting and forecasting.
• Manage project documentation (RFIs, changes).
