Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an EPC SCADA Project Manager II to lead utility-scale solar and BESS projects. This role will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and cross-functional teams, while coordinating with Owners, vendors, and internal SOLV groups.

The position supports remote or hybrid work with in-office presence in San Diego, CA or Bend, OR. Responsibilities include design reviews, FAT, procurement, and cost forecasting, with focus on delivering projects on time and within budget while

Qualifications

• Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams on utility-scale SCADA EPC projects.
• Experience with cost budgets, procurement, and schedule control.
• Ability to manage risks and escalation processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage SCADA scope, schedule, and budget through project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, vendors, and field staff.
• Lead procurement, contracts, and project closeout activities.
• Support field teams to ensure on-time, high-quality installation.
• Prepare monthly cost reporting and forecast for projects.
• Drive project design reviews, FAT, and commissioning activities.
