Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an EPC SCADA Project Manager II to lead utility-scale solar and BESS projects. The role involves planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and cross-functional leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The position can be remote or hybrid, with in-office presence in San Diego, CA or Bend, OR. Candidates should bring 2–4 years of PM experience and a strong SCADA background for successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of project management experience on utility-scale PV solar projects.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects within multidisciplinary teams.
• General knowledge of SCADA system design, setup, commissioning, and support.
• Ability to manage cost budgets and project resources.
• Experience with scheduling software including Oracle P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI).
• Experience with task management tools such as MS Teams, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems for project cost management, forecasting, and reporting (e.g., CMiC).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multi-disciplinary organization.
• Strong team collaboration and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage SCADA scope, schedule, and budget for EPC projects.
• Interpret contract requirements and ensure alignment with SOLV standards.
• Serve as primary contact for Owners, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Lead procurement, scheduling, material procurement, and project closeout.
• Oversee FAT, design reviews, and commissioning activities.
