Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an EPC SCADA Project Manager II to lead utility-scale solar and BESS projects across planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. You will coordinate with owners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure contractual alignment and successful execution.

Hybrid/remote work option with in-office presence in San Diego, CA or Bend, OR. Candidates should have 2–4 years of PM experience in PV solar and strong SCADA knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of project management experience, including utility-scale PV solar projects.
• Proven ability to manage cost budgets and project resources.
• General knowledge of SCADA system design, setup, commissioning, and support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling software (Oracle P6, MS Project).
• Proficient use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Independently manage SCADA scope, schedule, and budget for utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Interpret SCADA contract requirements and ensure alignment with SOLV standards.
• Serve as primary contact for Owners, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure project goals are met.
• Lead procurement, scheduling, material procurement, and project closeout activities.
• Work with field teams to ensure timely and high-quality SCADA installations.
• Lead design reviews, commissioning, and FAT activities.
• Develop and manage project schedules to protect critical milestones.
• Prepare monthly cost reporting and forecasting for projects.
• Maintain project documentation including RFIs and change requests.
