Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an EPC SCADA Project Manager II to lead utility-scale solar and BESS EPC projects. You will plan, budget, and manage scope, with a focus on SCADA systems, controls, and risk management.

The role supports remote or hybrid work with in-office presence in San Diego, CA or Bend, OR. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and Owners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and detailed cost reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple projects.
• 2–4 years of project management experience, including utility-scale PV solar.
• Knowledge of SCADA system design, setup, commissioning, and support.
• Ability to manage cost budgets and resources.
• Skilled in issue escalation, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage SCADA scope, schedule, and budget for EPC projects of moderate complexity.
• Interpret contract requirements and ensure alignment with SOLV standards.
• Serve as primary contact for Owners, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Lead procurement, scheduling, and project closeout activities.
• Ensure timely, high-quality installation of SCADA components.
• Lead FAT and design reviews; manage risk and reporting.
