SOLV Energy is a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, designing, building and maintaining utility-scale solar, battery storage, and high voltage substation projects nationwide.

This EPC PM II role manages SCADA EPC projects, overseeing planning, scope, budgeting, and risk management, with remote or hybrid work options and regular in-office presence in San Diego, CA or Bend, OR.

Qualifications

• Experience managing SCADA-focused EPC projects for solar/BESS
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost control skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Manage SCADA scope, schedule, and budget for utility-scale solar and BESS projects
• Coordinate with Owners, vendors, subcontractors, and SOLV teams
• Lead procurement, contracting, and project closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules to meet milestones
• Prepare monthly cost reporting and forecasting
• Manage documentation (RFIs, change requests, action tracking)
• Lead design reviews, FATs, and commissioning activities
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
