SOLV Energy is a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, designing, building and maintaining utility scale solar, battery storage and high voltage substation projects nationwide. This role focuses on engineering support for the SOLV SCADA solution and EPC projects.

The position offers hybrid or remote work options with in-office presence in San Diego, CA or Bend, OR. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable SCADA solutions and drive project

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Ignition SCADA platform experience.
• Relational databases knowledge.
• Familiarity with PLC platforms (e.g., Schneider, Allen-Bradley, GE).
• Experience with SCADA networks deployment and commissioning.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop SCADA integration components and systems for utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Define and implement product design standards and best practices.
• Review project requirements for the assigned scope.
• Create device point lists, HMIs, assets, and commissioning test plans.
• Program and commission SCADA servers, data historians, and HMIs.
