KeyBank in Plymouth Meeting seeks a Business Banking professional to partner with Relationship Managers, acquiring new clients and expanding share of wallet for businesses with $3–$10 million in annual sales, loan sizes $500,001–$5 million. You will use COIs and internal partners to generate profitable growth and position clients for cross-sales.

You will research competitors, maintain SBA product knowledge, and ensure compliant loan processing while growing the geographic footprint and client

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)
• At least 1 year of experience in financial services with experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals and building referral sources.
• Demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains an in-depth knowledge of SBA products and basic knowledge of broader business banking products.
• Prospects for opportunities and sources business via COIs; participates in community organizations to source growth.
• Makes joint calls with BBRMs and SBRMs to enhance SBA product knowledge.
• Meets and exceeds sales goals while contributing to team success.
• Maintains understanding of client needs and differentiators in the marketplace.
• Partners with credit teams to facilitate underwriting and loan approval.
• Ensures compliant customer relationships and complete loan documentation.
• Maintains ongoing contact with clients to support growth initiatives.
