Job summary

KeyBank in Plymouth Meeting, PA is seeking a SBA Lending Relationship Manager to grow client portfolios with businesses earning $3–$10M annually and loan sizes from $500k to $5M. You will partner with BBRMs and COIs to expand share of wallet, while maintaining compliance and delivering tailored financial solutions.

You will leverage your SBA product knowledge and cross-selling skills to build strong relationships, source opportunities, and contribute to the bank's growth in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years SBA lending experience with client relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of SBA products (7(a), 504, Express) and lending procedures.
• Understanding of business banking products and services for clients with $3-10M in annual sales.

Responsibilities

• Prospect opportunities and manage district referral pipeline via COIs and referrals.
• Makes joint calls with BBRMs and SBRMs to enhance SBA product knowledge.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to team success.
• Ensure compliance and complete loan documentation; support underwriting process.
