Job summary

KeyCorp is seeking a Senior SBA Relationship Manager in Plymouth Meeting, PA. You will partner with BBRMs to acquire new clients and expand share of wallet for businesses with $3–$10M in annual sales and loans from $500,001 to $5M.

You will leverage COIs and internal partners to drive profitable growth and cross-sell a broad range of financial products. The role requires deep SBA product knowledge, a history of hitting sales goals in a high-volume environment, and a commitment to compliance and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
Minimum of 5 years of SBA lending experience with track record in managing client relationships and sales.
Deep expertise in SBA products (7(a), 504, Express) and lending procedures including underwriting, documentation, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Prospect opportunities and grow district pipeline via COIs and referrals.
Meet and exceed sales goals while supporting team success.
Maintain knowledge of client needs and differentiate KeyBank in the market.
Coordinate with credit campus to facilitate underwriting and approvals.
Ensure compliance and accurate loan documentation throughout the client lifecycle.
