Job summary

KeyCorp is seeking a Senior SBA Relationship Manager in Plymouth Meeting, PA. You will partner with BBRMs to acquire new clients and expand share of wallet for businesses with $3–$10M in annual sales and loans from $500,001 to $5M.

You will leverage COIs and internal partners to drive profitable growth and cross-sell a broad range of financial products. The role requires deep SBA product knowledge, a history of hitting sales goals in a high-volume environment, and a commitment to compliance and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of SBA lending experience with track record in managing client relationships and sales.
• Deep expertise in SBA products (7(a), 504, Express) and lending procedures including underwriting, documentation, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prospect opportunities and grow district pipeline via COIs and referrals.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while supporting team success.
• Maintain knowledge of client needs and differentiate KeyBank in the market.
• Coordinate with credit campus to facilitate underwriting and approvals.
• Ensure compliance and accurate loan documentation throughout the client lifecycle.
